Murgh musallam is a Mughlai dish originating from the Indian subcontinent. It consists of a chicken marinated in a ginger-garlic paste, stuffed with boiled eggs and seasoned with spices like saffron, cinnamon, cloves, poppy seeds, cardamom and chilli.
